If you wish to go and view a property in person, please be courteous and do not disturb the contractors or the neighbors. You can view current pictures and information on our website  or if you wish to apply, you can do so online. We are currently taking applications. I strongly encourage you to drive the neighborhood prior to scheduling a showing.

The requirements for leasing this property are as follows:

* ALL adults over 18 must apply separately and submit to credit/background - the application fee is $50 per adult.

* Bad credit can be ok – We look at the credit itself not the score. This means you must show some kind of positive payment history.

* Criminal history for sales/distribution/manufacture of drugs, can will be an issue.

* No evictions within the last 3 yrs.

* No outstanding debt to previous landlords.

* must earn 3x the amount of monthly rent

* deposit is equal to one month rent (can be higher depending on credit)

* No Open Bankruptcy

* Section 8 housing vouchers ARE NOT accepted on ALL properties. Read the description for details.

* NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed for this property.

If you apply online, please ensure that ALL applicants complete an application. ONLY complete applications are processed.
In the event of multiple applications, be advised that the BEST qualified applicant will be chosen, it is NOT first come, first serve. There are no refunds once the application fee has been processed and the background reports requested.
